Corporate citizenship: What is it and how do you implement it?

Corporate citizenship, also known as corporate social responsibility (CSR), is the concept that a company has a responsibility not only to its shareholders, but also to the community and environment in which it operates. This includes taking steps to reduce the company’s impact on the environment, supporting local charities and non-profits, and ensuring that the company’s operations are ethical and fair to all stakeholders.
